Parties
This Data Processing Agreement ("DPA") is entered into between Softhuge Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (the entity behind MyKosh) ("Controller") and users of the MyKosh application ("Processor") for the processing of personal data.
Definitions
Key terms used in this agreement include Controller, Processor, Data Subject, Personal Data, Processing, and Supervisory Authority as defined in GDPR Article 4.
Purpose of Processing
Personal data is processed solely for the purpose of providing personal finance management services, including transaction tracking, budgeting, and financial analysis.
Categories of Data Subjects and Personal Data
We process personal and financial data of application users, including names, contact information, and transaction details.
Security Measures
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk, including encryption, access controls, and regular security assessments.
Subprocessors
We may engage subprocessors for specific processing activities. Any subprocessors will be bound by equivalent data protection obligations.
Data Subject Rights
We assist the Controller in fulfilling obligations regarding data subject rights under GDPR, including access, rectification, erasure, and portability requests.
International Data Transfers
Data may be transferred to countries outside the EEA. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for such transfers.
Breach Notification
We will notify the Controller without undue delay after becoming aware of a personal data breach affecting the Controller's data.
Audits and Inspections
The Controller may audit our compliance with this DPA upon reasonable notice and during business hours.
Termination
This DPA terminates automatically upon termination of the main agreement or when we cease processing personal data.
