Delete Your Account

Follow these steps to permanently delete your MyKosh account and associated data.

Important Warning

Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. Please export any data you need before proceeding with account deletion.

Account Deletion Steps

Open MyKosh App

Open the MyKosh mobile app and sign in to your account.

Navigate to Profile

Go to Profile (from bottom navigation) and then go to Security Settings.

Tap Delete Account

In the Danger Zone section, tap Delete Account and follow the on-screen confirmation prompts. You may be asked to confirm via email or re-enter your password.

Cancel Deletion (Optional)

If you change your mind, log in to the app again, go to the same screen (Profile → Security Settings), and instead of "Delete Account" you will see "Cancel Deletion" option.

Contact Support (Alternative)

If you cannot delete from within the app, contact our support team at support@softhuge.com with your account details and request deletion.

Confirmation

Data deletion may take up to 30 days to complete. You will receive confirmation when deletion is finished.

Subscription Cancellation

If you purchased a subscription, please cancel it through the App Store / Play Store to stop recurring charges. Refund requests are handled according to our Refund Policy.
